ELEMICA "Buyer Direct" links your ordering system with the transaction network of the chemical industry - simply, directly and at low cost. Your orders are sent to ELEMICA from your own ordering system and are placed directly into your suppliers' enterprise resource planning systems. Your order is then confirmed promptly by e-mail, specifying the expected date of delivery.All you need is a simple database and internet access. Together with the ELEMICA "Buyer Direct" service package you will receive a software program that allows your system administrator to map your order data into a standard form (Flat file) and to connect you quickly to ELEMICA and thus to all partners in the network.
ELEMICA "Buyer Direct" enables you to eliminate any media clashes between yourself and your suppliers, while shortening your response times and reducing potential sources of errors.
Use ELEMICA "Buyer Direct" together with INEOS connect for proactive e-mail notifications for your INEOS ABS orders (e.g. shipping notification or changes to orders) or to call up customized electronic details, such as an order history, analytical certificates and safety datasheets.
